Shipping & Returns
We ship anywhere in Australia and globally from our boutique in Melbourne, Australia*. All purchases over AU $150.00 are shipped free of charge via regular post within Australia.
We charge flat rate domestic and international shipping. Rates are;
AUSTRALIA - $10.00 (regular post), $15.00 (express post)
NEW ZEALAND - $20.00
REST OF WORLD - $50.00

Australian Orders | All orders are shipped within two business days (and as soon as possible) via Australia Post. Orders placed before 2:00 pm (Melbourne time AEST or AEDT) where the express post shipping option is selected will be dispatched on the same business day. Pearl Rock cannot guarantee next day delivery. Australia Post delivers Monday to Friday only. If no one is able to receive your delivery, the courier may leave a card for you to pick up the delivery at your nearest Australia Post outlet.
International Orders | International orders are shipped flat rate regardless of how large your order is. All orders are shipped via registered mail or Pack & Track International. Reliable delivery within 3 to 10 business days*. Each order is assigned a unique code that enables you to track your parcel on its way to you.
Please note that our site is not equipped to refund postage costs for returned items.
*Due to Covid-19, we are experiencing delays and the delivery period may exceed ten business days.
We understand that things don't always fit the way you hope they will when buying online. If you receive your order and don't fall in love, you can return it for an exchange or full refund, following this process;
1. Within seven days of receiving your item, email firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know you'd like to return it. We may ask a few questions, so that we can improve on our future designs and fit.
2. Post your unworn, unwashed garment back in original condition with all tags attached. Online orders may also be returned in store. We must receive your return within 30 days of its original delivery date to you. Please note that return shipping is unable to be refunded.
3. Once we receive your return, it will be assessed and upon approval, you will receive a full refund (including original shipping cost) to your original payment method. Please note that some brands require us to obtain their approval prior to offering a refund in the event of a faulty claim. In these instances, refunds will be processed once the garment manufacturer has authorised a refund.
