Hi! I'm Samantha, and this is the story of how I became a passionate hair extension specialst.

Once upon a time, I used to be the owner of a beautiful, independent boutique, named Pearl Rock, in Melbourne's bayside suburb of Black Rock. After almost two years of consistent lockdowns during the Covid pandemic, I made the decision to shut up shop and focus my attention on a new pursuit, something I had wanted to do for a very long time: hair extensions. 

Having worn hair extensions for over 15 years, I knew it was something I could get genuinely excited about. Knowing how much joy and confidence they brought to me, I wanted to share that with others. My skills as a seamstress would also be put to good use and picking up a needle and thread to do my first ever weft installation felt like second nature. 

Always wanting to do things properly, enrolled in a hair extensions masterclass and earned a certification in hair extensions. Since then, I have spent innumerable hours researching the hair industry and honing my skills in secure and healthy hair extension installations.
