PRHE Client Update | December 2025
To my valued clients,
Thank you for choosing PRHE for your hair extensions. I truly love doing your hair and seeing you every six(ish) weeks.
As we head into December, I’d like to share a few updates with you.
Price review
From 1 December 2025, there will be a change to some prices to reflect the level of quality provided at PRHE, however, all December appointments which are already booked in, will remain at the 2025 price.
A tiered pricing structure has been introduced, which will give you the option to choose an express service (maintenance only, with express tidy up, with a straightener) or a hot finish service, which includes finishing with your choice of waves or straightening.
Fix ups
Fix ups within the first three weeks after your appointment remain free of charge. Fix ups after three weeks of your appointment, will now be charged.
Plus ones and children
It is kindly requested that you attend your appointment on your own, to avoid distractions and to ensure a relaxing experience for you.
Newborn babies, a parent of a teenage client, accompanying support workers, and assistance animals are welcome.
Clean + dry hair
It is essential that you attend your appointment with clean, dry hair, washed no more than 24 hours before your appointment and preferably on the morning of or night before your appointment.
Hair which is not washed increases the length of your appointment, which I may not always be able to facilitate. Unwashed hair can also result in a slippery install, which won’t last as long as it would on clean hair.
Attending your appointment with unwashed hair may result in cancellation of your appointment and a cancellation fee being charged.
Attending your appointment with wet hair will incur a drying charge, as I am unable to work on wet hair.
If you are having keratin bonds installed or maintenance, please shampoo your hair twice, with a clarifying shampoo, if possible. Do not use conditioner or any aftercare products in the area where bonds are to be applied. Your hair should be washed on the morning of your keratin bonds appointment and no earlier. This helps to prevent slippage of the bonds.
Cancellations and no shows
If you need to cancel your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible so I can offer the time to a waitlisted client.
Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment and no shows will incur a cancellation fee.
To date, I have never charged a cancellation fee. During December, due to the volume of clients whom I have had to turn away due to being booked at capacity for weeks, all last-minute cancellations and no shows will be charged.
Weft removal
If you are booked in for maintenance and you have decided to have your wefts removed so you can have a break over summer, please notify me as soon as possible and before you arrive for your appointment. Maintenance appointments are booked in for an hour or more and a removal takes as little as 15-20 minutes, which means the time could have been used for another client.
Should you wish to remove your wefts and not advise me prior to your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the maintenance fee or a $50.00 weft removal fee, whichever of the two is greater.
Punctuality
Thank you for always arriving on time! I am grateful that all my clients are punctual almost all of the time. During the Christmas period, I have many back-to-back appointments booked in, so as to accommodate as many clients as possible. To ensure that we run to schedule, I would really appreciate that you continue to be punctual and support me with being on time for all of my clients. I have also implemented measures which will help me to work more efficiently during this period.
Car parking
Please park in the red, bricked car space at the bottom of the driveway, to allow cars to come in and out of the driveway.
