PRHE Client Update | January 2026

Happy New Year and welcome to 2026! I hope that you had a wonderful Christmas and NYE and had an opportunity to rest and relax with your families and friends.
I also want to thank you all for your gifts and messages over the festive season and also your kindness in encouraging me to take a break. I didn’t realise how much I needed a pause in my routine, to refresh myself and have used the time to really switch off from work for a few weeks, so thank you for your support with that.
I would also like to thank you so much for being the most amazing clients (as always!) during the busiest season of the year. For arriving on time, letting me know in advance of reschedules and cancellations and for all your lovely, five-star Google reviews. Thank you so much for being so considerate and thoughtful towards me and my other clients.

Price review
Some services and the price of weft packages have increased since 1 December 2025 and are now in effect.
Express and hot finish services
To ensure that I allow the right amount of time for each appointment and to give clients the option between two types of service and pricing, I have introduced a tiered service menu which will give you the option to choose an express service (maintenance only, with express tidy up with a straightener) or a more involved service, which includes finishing with your choice of waves or straightening.
Unless it is specifically requested at the time of booking, all appointments will be booked using the express service option as the default. If you would prefer the hot finish service for your January/February appointment, please let me know as soon as possible, so I can amend the duration of your booking.
The new pricing for weft maintenance appointments is as follows:
1 ROW
PRHE hair express - $100 / PRHE hair hot finished - $120
BYO hair express - $110 / BYO hair hot finished - $130
2 ROWS
PRHE hair express - $200 / PRHE hair hot finished - $230
BYO hair express - $220 / BYO hair hot finished - $250
3 ROWS
PRHE hair express - $250 / PRHE hair hot finished - $280
BYO hair express - $270 / BYO hair hot finished - $300
4 ROWS
PRHE hair express - $300 / PRHE hair hot finished - $330
BYO hair express - $320 / BYO hair hot finished - $350
5 ROWS
PRHE hair express - $350 / PRHE hair hot finished - $400
BYO hair express - $370 / BYO hair hot finished - $420
*PRHE = Pearl Rock Hair Extensions (hair supplied by me)
*BYO = Bring Your Own extensions (hair supplied by you or another salon). Clients with majority self-supplied hair will be charged at the BYO hair rate,
Nano bead maintenance
$100 per hour
Keratin bond maintenance
$8.25 per strand

Fix ups
Fix ups within the first three weeks (21 days) after your appointment remain free of charge. Fix ups after three weeks (21 days) of your appointment, will now be charged at $40.00.
